My care at Chiro 1st is always Excellent. Dr Mike is a little more gentle than Dr Lee, which is nice
My beef at the moment is the charge. Perhaps I have not been paying attention, and that's my fault. I just pay my co-pay and off I go. On Monday my Co-pay was approx $60, $12 of which was for the adjustment. I called and spoke with Sam and she explained that at my June appt, there was a progress evaluation done (honestly, I don't remember that. I do remember getting a fabulous massage by Tamara). Sam explained to me that the extra charge was for the progress report, which Dr Mike likes us to have , but that it is not covered by insurance. In reviewing this progress report, it appears that there is one sentence regarding my progress and a recommendation for continued treatment at 1-2 X per month. The only sentence in this report relating specifically to me personally is that they continue to see steady improvement.
This is not a $40 report, and I think it should be offered as an option, considering it is not covered by insurance.
I am grateful to Chiropractic 1st for what they have done for me in the past 9 months. My back pain was so severe when I first presented that I could barely walk. I am able to enjoy my life once again because of their care
