My facial with Liliana is always wonderful! However on this visit I had a free pedicure with Michelle. She was very unprofessional. I arrived to my pedicure appt on time. Michelle didn't come get me until 15 mins later. When she did she wasted 5 minute looking for a mask. She asked me call the front desk with my cell phone to ask the receptionist to find her a mask, instead of walking over to the receptionist. Very inprofessional. She made me almost 30'mins late for my facial with Liliana. She also tried to blame it on me that I was late bc I called and said I got stuck by the train. When I got home there was nail polish on the sides of my toes. Very sloppy work. Plus she cut the hairs off the toes on her right foot but forgot to do the same for the left foot. Very sloppy again. One of the worst pedicure experiences even. I would never go to her again. Next time I will request Flower if she is available.
