Upon arriving, there were walk-in customers in front of us that CJs was checking in. We had to wait 5 additional minutes to check in which was fine but then CJ's accused us of being 5 minutes late so they did not honor our appointment time but rather put the walk-ins in front of us. We were timely but CJs accused us of being late after we had to wait for them to process the walk ins. Since when is a customer considered late because the business is taking time to check in walk-ins? And since when is it acceptable to accuse a customer of being late after making them wait on other check ins? We left and I called back in to speak with the manager. He offered to do the car right away but we still had to drive back and was asked to pay full price after they accused us of being late. This isn't the first time CJs dishonors appointments in favor of walk ins. Obviously, they only care about revenue.
