My experiences at CJ's are usually always five star. This time, I was a bit confused as I was told I was going to need brake pads, during a previous visit, and they would be covered because it was still under warranty. Much to my surprise, when I picked up my car, I was told I didn't need brake pads. There was some confusion, however, Jason did tell me that he would not let me leave the store with bad brakes and should something occur all I need to do is call. That gave me some relief at the end. Jason and his staff are usually spot on and do an excellent job of taking care of my vehicle.
