Usually I have a great experience, as I have been a patient with Complete Care for nearly three years now. The last couple of months it feels like I have to pull teeth just to see my primary care physician, Sarah Roberson. I have an auto-immune disease and am constantly scheduled one month to two months out each time I call. My condition requires blood work every three months, and even though Sarah is great about putting in my lab orders, the medical staff assistants, as well as the front desk staff seem to have no idea what's going on. I had to call eight times to get my blood work lab orders last week!

I love Complete Care, but as it continues to grow, it feels more and more like any other medical office -where I have to fight and advocate to be taken care of. It's disappointing.

Amazing as always! The clinic is a happy environment to enter, and of course I feel even better by the time I leave! Dr. T is the best chiropractor I have ever had and understands and contemplates my issues. He is very perceptive.

When I checked in for my massage and Adjustment they couldn't find my profile on the computer and didn't have an appointment scheduled in the computer for me. This was my second appointment with this office and I really felt like a bother on check-in. The initial receptionist was unsympathetic and had very few resolutions to the matter. Instead, she (the blonde gal) then amplified the problem on check out when my girlfriend asked quietly and politely if there was a manager to speak with on site. She (the blonde gal) raised her voice to tell us she is pregnant and the only one there at the front right now. There was another receptionist (brunette) that was extremely helpful and while she couldn't resolve the matter to our immediate liking she did work with us and offered a cancellation list offer for the next day as well as scheduled the next few future appointments. She apologized for the problem and made direct eye contact without overreacting to the dilemma. I appreciated her very much!
