Usually I have a great experience, as I have been a patient with Complete Care for nearly three years now. The last couple of months it feels like I have to pull teeth just to see my primary care physician, Sarah Roberson. I have an auto-immune disease and am constantly scheduled one month to two months out each time I call. My condition requires blood work every three months, and even though Sarah is great about putting in my lab orders, the medical staff assistants, as well as the front desk staff seem to have no idea what's going on. I had to call eight times to get my blood work lab orders last week!
I love Complete Care, but as it continues to grow, it feels more and more like any other medical office -where I have to fight and advocate to be taken care of. It's disappointing.
