I feel you my race or ethnic back ground should not be asked on paperwork. What does my race or ethnic have to do with my feet. Also asking if i got vax is none of anyones bussiness except mine

I was referred to them by a friend after asking for a fair-priced dentist. Instead, this place quoted me upwards of $10,000 for exigent work, said my insurance didn’t cover any of it (I checked, it does), refused to provide a written estimate breaking down the cost, and then stopped responding to me. If this is work that needs to be done asap, why would you charge an exorbitant amount making it impossible for any person to afford? Additionally why would you ghost a patient simply for saying they didn’t have access to that kind of money?? Rude and unprofessional.
