The individual doctors and techs are great. But I originally switched to Creature Comforts for the small practice personal touch like an actual person answering the phone and the emails it seams I'm always getting some sort of sales email. Email reminders for upcoming appointments ok but sales emails I'm sick of. So staff gets 5 stars management cool it with the tech guys.

Once again our visit to creature comforts was amazing ! They take such great care of my dog and explain exactly whats being done during the visit since we can’t go in. The doctors and staff are wonderful thank you creature comforts !

Since we are still dealing with the pandemic things were done differently. A vet tech took all information and our dog at the car. The doctor called us while still in the car to tell us how the exam went. Very well done
