My experience with my hygienist, Renita, was exceptional.
My experience at the reception desk was unacceptable. While I was treated respectfully the manner in which one of the receptionists was talking about another client was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. One of the receptionists asked another about rebooking the person who was on hold. The second receptionist was almost nasty about the person. Luckily the receptionist who was actually dealing with the client was professional. The team that used to work at the front were amazing. Now there are only a couple. Why is it that all the staff are leaving (rhetorical question)
