Moose and I absolutely love you guys! You have done nothing but provide the best care for him and the issues that he had and continues to have. When I took him in the first time (months ago) we thought he was on deaths door, BUT with all of your staffs/vets help he has made a complete turn around, not only is he able to enjoy his life, but also do the simple day to day things like pee with no problems!!! You guys are all awesome!
Unfortunately this was my last time coming to Curtner pet clinic. Upon arrival I realized Dr. Post no longer worked here but I decided to stay anyways. When the vet came in the room (the woman ,who didn't even introduce herself, this was the first time we even met)she just started to grab on my dog who was extremely nervous. She would make comment about my dog as if she was in the worst coditions she'd ever seen, which she is NOT. The vet was in the room for about five minutes before leaving to get somethind ready and whenshe came back just took my dog. I didnt even get all my questions awnsered as the appointment seemed very rushed. Im very disappointed as id always had amazing appointments with Dr.Post.
We had a fantastic experience at Curtner pet Clinic. The staff was knowledgeable and very courteous. I felt like my pets were treated with as well as the vet's personal pets. I would highly recommend this Clinic.
The Doctor and staff were very helpful in the diagnosis of my Lovey. She is in on-going care now and our family is hoping that she will be well soon. The initial diagnosis didn't sound too promising, but we still have hope and prayer. The doctor was very concerned about her, and I appreciate the care she has received.
My wife and daughter felt like they were overwhelmed with too many issues brought gut up by the vet. We have an 11 year old dog and we understand there a few things that come with age. However, this vet should exercise some tact and restraint when dealing with customers with older pets.
We had a very long wait - appointment was at 2:30pm but the vet came in only after 3:45pm. We were done with the appointment after 4:30pm. This was very difficult considering that we spent these 2 hours in a tiny exam room with an active puppy (that had to be kept on a table top or in our arms) and our active 6-year-old son who was getting very bored. Apparently there was some confusion and the vet saw some other pets with later appointments first.
