The office gave us an appointment immediately when requested. The Vet identified the problem with tofu and was able to help her the same day. Prices were reasonable. All staff and doctors were friendly and professional. Definitely enjoyed our experience.
Paula and the vet were outstanding!! Not only were they welcoming, were really helpful, and took care of my little Pizza. Paula is great with translation in Spanish and the doc was so good to my dog. I highly recommend this place!! I will be back here for check ups and for my dog's needs as well/.
Per usual, everyone was very attentive. My 6lbs Yorkie was in need of a teeth cleaning/ extraction and I was walked through the whole process by all staff. However, although I should have remembered this, as it was his second cleaning, I was not reminded to bring him in on an empty stomach. Staff worked around this and placed him last on the list which allowed for his stomach to digest his food, but it would have been an easier day for Romeo if he hadn't spent the long day that he did there. For pick up, all payments were completed, instructions given but when Romeo was brought out and everyone said their goodbyes I was not handed his pain medications. Causing me to have to turn around and drive right back once I remembered he needed them and I did not have them. Minor inconvenience considering all other things that could have gone wrong and didn't, but would have been very helpful like the empty stomach reminder previously mentioned.
The software and hardware at the front desk is Slow, slow, slow. It took an inordinately long time to enter three claw clipping charges. The printer took too long to spit out the charge ticket. For clients with sick or injured pets, waiting at the desk has to be a Trial. Truly frustrating.
Thankfully I paid before the end of the appointment.
On the upside, I was told at the desk that an emergency had come in and my appointment would be delayed for an unknown length of time. Sigh. She offered to check when she saw my face. It would have been a better choice to Directly check First. I was prepared to leave but someone kindly and quickly took one cat. The claw clipping went quickly, and I was helped with taking the three of them to my car.
The staff has changed and apparently a new vet is on board. Making the appointment on the phone was also a lengthy process. Perhaps the problem is a learning curve. Previously all of my experiences have been Excellent.
