Rachel was an excellent massage therapist, and really did some wonderful work on my neck and jaw that's made a real difference for me. I look forward to my next appointment with her.
There were some aspects of my experience that I felt could be better, though. I was told to arrive early to complete paperwork, which I did. But then, Rachel rushed me through the paperwork and just asked me to sign the last page, telling me that I would get the chance to fill everything out afterwards. I didn't appreciate having to sign something without having a chance to read it first. Further, she told me the front desk would give me the paperwork to finish when I left the room, but they never did. I only realized once I got home that I had never finished it.
Other complaints are small. I didn't like the music that was playing during my massage. Rachel also used some massage lotion that had no warming effect, so her hands felt rather cold when she first touched my back. On top of that, the room I was in was also somewhat cold.
