I took my dog in for a dental and left paying about $850 for all the blood work and the procedure. I put my trust in the clinic and just decided to believe that it was all for Max's best interest. Which it may have very well been having to extract 4 teeth but I will say at my previous clinic I was billed half that amount and he had twice the teeth removed! I am also quite disappointed that I was told on the phone by the doctor that he was sending Max home with an antibiotic but once I was home I realized this was overlooked and not prescribed. Had I not recalled the doc saying that Max would have gone without something that he needed... so now I have to drive another half hour tonight to get his meds. This is the second time something like this happened in the past yr. The first time I picked up Heartguard and was given the dose for a dog 3X my dog's size in error. Thankfully I caught it before giving it to her.... I feel there is negligence and when spending A LOT of money for thorough care, I feel it should indeed be extremely thorough!

Engaged, efficient, competent, intelligent and friendly staff...from the front desk to the vet techs and, or course, the doctors. My dog loves to come here !?!? Go figure :))))

They all put me at ease when I come in with something out of the ordinary and just want to do the right thing for my dog.

As always, we thank you so much for the fine care Kate, our cat, received while boarding. When Kate got home she was her happy, active self which tells us she was well looked after while boarding.

We are particularly grateful that your wonderful staff was able to let us take Kate earlier than planned, a day earlier, and just as the clock struck 12:00 mid-day. We had not anticipated getting home that early on Saturday but my husband was not feeling well and so we wanted to be at home. When I called to ask if it would be possible to pick up Kate your wonderful staff greeted me with such kindness and 'happy to help' attitude even when it meant we would not arrive until minutes after 12:00. Even though we did arrive at 12:00 it meant the staff had to remain a bit later than the normal close time to accommodate us.

We are always so appreciative for your entire staff but yesterday we want to especially thank the kind and caring staff who went out of their way to help us. You are terrific!
