Please remember this is a REQUEST for an appointment 
and is not booked yet.  Look for our reply that will contain 
an appointment time that works with our schedule as close 
to your request as possible.  Please note, our most popular 
appointment times are booked up for hygiene X weeks in 
advance and for other appointments X weeks in advance.  
We generally have openings much sooner for patients who 
are the most flexible.  Thank you.
