Dr. Hassid and his team were absolutely wonderful. I'm not one that likes to frequent the dentist (who does?) and I tend to avoid it like the plague, but when it's time-it's time. That being said, I had issues with my insurance and each time Vivian was so understanding and really patient! She literally spent hours on the phone trying to figure out what was going on until I could finally come in and get taken care of. She is really patient and so sweet to work with! When I arrived, I met none other than Paola-really friendly and thorough and the best part is that when they took the X-rays, she didn't rush me nor did she shove those things you bite down on into my mouth expecting me to just put up with it. She was really patient and took her time with me and explained everything she was doing. In comes Dr. Hassid, again really gentle walked me through every step of the process and he was extremely accommodating. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you're comfortable and you understand everything that is going on inside your mouth. We went over all of the X-rays and photos of my teeth and by the time we were through, I felt I had never known my mouth better. On to the cleaning...Chandra was super good!!! She is friendly and very-very thorough without poking and prodding to the point of invasion. She walked me through everything and by the time I was out I felt I had an entirely new smile. I don't think I've ever received a better cleaning before. I'm happy to say I have found my new Houston dentist and my mouth and I are very grateful. Thank you guys!!
