My visit to Dr. Liu's office has always been excellent; Robert's greeting to the friendly, professional dental assistants and of course Dr. Liu's state of the art technology. I have recommended Dr. Liu to many and will continue to do so.
What I have always considered 'efficient', when visiting. now, however, (my past 2 visits) seems 'rushed'. Don't get me wrong, I am always relieved when my visit is over but this is different.
Dr. Liu and his wonderful staff are very busy...a good problem to have :)

We are sorry that you feel this way. Our highest priority is the well being of our patients as well as displaying an extremely high level of compassion for their needs. We also aim to provide as many options as possible for our patients to choose from. If you felt any confusion or disconnect in the way your options were communicated please schedule time to discuss your treatment with our skilled treatment coordinator. In addition we would like to reinforce that we would never send one of our patients to a "butcher dentist". The specialist was someone who simply could perform a service (root canal) that we do not have the capability, training, or instruments to perform here at our office. Again please let us address your concerns during a time that fits your schedule.
