Excellent service on our Dryer duct. Techs removed a few years worth of lint and showed me a picture of the vent clean and lint free. No nonsence, staright forward great service. I recommend Duct Medic!

DuctMedic cleaned out my heating ducts as well as my dryer vent. Scheduling was easy and the work was performed professionally, pleasantly, and competently. I also appreciated that they arrived when they said they would and sent me a heads up when they were on their way. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Our team was phenomenal. They were fast, explained as they worked, and were so kind. My adult daughter was there and she said she never felt uncomfortable for even a second. They even took a quick moment to say hi to my furbaby so he wouldn't be upset. My vents looks amazing and I can breathe without sneezing again! The customer service from step one to finish was the utmost best. Justin came to look, quote, and teach/explain. The sweet young lady who answered the phone made sure she got my message to Justin quickly and he returned the call promptly. I just can't imagine a kinder, almost perfect, customer service and company. Thank you!

On Tuesday, March 13 2024, AJ and Trenton of DuctMedic came to our house and cleaned the air ducts, inspected and cleaned all air vents, and replaced the dryer vent that connected to the dryer and the outside of the house. They explained what they had done, listened to and answered all our questions. They also were not only polite, but were really interested in our comments. They did a really good, complete job for us.

Excellent communication. On the day of our appointment we received a text with a photo of the lead tech and estimated arrival time. All of the workers were polite and introduced themselves by name. They were respectful of our house.

Very professional company. Free estimate and job proposal the same day. Absolutely no hard sell. Within 30 minutes of the company's receiving my signed acceptance of the proposal, someone called to schedule the cleaning. I was sent photos of the workers who came to the house with arrival times. They were on time, hard working, courteous, and answered any of my questions. I'm very pleased with their service.
