This is a stellar company with a stellar work ethic. We have used them 3 times in recent years for dryer duct cleaning and HVAC duct cleaning. Their owner and crew are honest, courteous and polite. We highly recommend them.

Justin's crew arrived and got to work immediately. I've never seen so many people working together on one project as this group. Every one of the guys was courteous, professional - and they asked questions that I had not thought about. I opened the house, and every guy was careful with all my belongings and making sure not to track anything on my carpets. When they finished, after replacing all my duct work (some as far back as the 1990s) I have had nothing but clean air. I am not waking up at 3:00am in the morning with dry mouth and having sinus issues. Pleased to say that I no longer awake having to spend two hours with a handkercheif or Vick's inhaler. Why I didn't do this years ago - I will never know! BUT ... I am happier, healthier and sleeping like a baby ;-) .... thank you Justin and crew in Charlottesville, VA. ... oh, and my neighbor across the street is thinking of doing his home too (he got a copy of Justin's business card by text msg)

Christian and AJ arrived at the scheduled time, were so pleasant as they interacted with us, and careful with our house, covering the uptake and registers. They were efficient, and kept us updated as they worked on installing replacement flexlines and then cleaning the trunkline.

The DuctMedic techs arrived on time. Without my asking, the tech who came inside donned shoe booties to protect my floors. With a quick look at the clothes dryer, which had been leaving clothes damp, he showed and explained that it hadn't been properly installed. The second tech was outside and reported on the air flow or lack of it with the outside vent. The tech who identified the issue proposed two fixes and had a very positive can-do attitude, something greatly lacking in other service techs I've encountered. He made the agreed upon fix quickly and assured me I'd have no problem with it for at least 10 years. Although the cost was a bit more than I'd expected I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend DuctMedic. Very impressive!

Justin did the estimate. He explained everything and answered all my questions. It was a fair estimate. The two technicians who did the work were great. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and left everything nice and clean. This is my second time using Duck Medic. Both were positive. Highly recommend using them.
