I love Dr. Rodriguez and have never been disappointed in her dedication to my pets, but the front office staff leaves much to be desired these days. I accidentally purchased the wrong flea and tick medication when I momentarily forgot which medication I had been using the past six months. When I asked which medication I purchased during my last visit, I was simply told I had purchased both Trifexis and Nexguard in the past, which did not answer my question. When I then indicated I'd like to return the Trifexis I had JUST purchased so that I could stick with the Nexguard--which is MUCH easier to give to my pets--the woman at the desk seemed unwilling to make the exchange. In fact, she only reluctantly gave me two different kinds of the Trifexis when I told her my pets were different weights and required two different kinds of the medication; she did give me a credit on my account as one was cheaper than the other as she informed me it would be more effort to return the items and simply redo the purchase from scratch. This, to me, sums up my more recent experiences with the front office staff since previous employees were let go, employees who were much more in tune with the needs of the customers. As I said, I remain with Eastridge as I appreciate Dr. Rodriguez's dedication to her patients, and have had similar experiences with Dr. Reese in the past, but I consider leaving every time I have an unsatisfactory interaction with the support staff.
