I bought a Groupon for a shellac service. Well first I walk in, and was never greeted by the receptionist, but completely ignored me when I said I was here for An appointment. She was having a full blown convo with someone else about nothing important. So, I grew my nails out naturally, and the lady decided to chop some short and keep some long. She even got polish all over my skin! I had to clean it up myself when I got home. At the end, the front desk lady said I could not use my Groupon and would have to use it NEXT time so I paid $50 for a terrible service. Very disappointed
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do apologize for your experience with us. As for the Groupon, we do need to know in advance if you plan on using a Groupon. The only reason we would tell you that you cant use your Groupon is if we were already at our max for Groupons for the day. That would explain why the front desk lady told you that you can use the Groupon at your next visit. We would love to know some more details about your experience like your name or who you were with so this does not happen again.
