The customer service and answering of ? Is 2nd to none. The guality of work so far so good. However the complete date was 4 days longer than expected. And the loaner car did not have a rear view mirror which was very dangerous to drive. And it had a floating gas hand so well that was a problem in itself.
EDWARDSVILLE AUTO INC. replied:
The reason it took so long was that the radiator was wrong. We had to locate and get the correct one. While waiting on the part, after all it is a 2002 Jaguar X-Type, the tech that took it apart got sick. As for the loaner car, the mirror had fallen off and we didn't know it. We can't find anything wrong with the fuel gauge. Ms Baker got our loaner full of fuel and when she brought it back it needed fuel. It took $45.00 of gas to fill it.
