Not only did the vet come in on his day off to take care of my dog but the entire staff was amazing!!.
I was really happy with the level of communication from everyone.
I love the kindness and truly heart felt care my dog(s) have gotten over the years here. Every person makes you and your pet feel cared for. I have had 16 rescue dogs over the past 25 years.. and seen many vets . The care and compassion here is second to none. Even my scared of every thing dog even feels safe enough to have a nap at his appointment. . And doesn't want to leave because of all the kind animal loving people who work here.
The experience for Indi must have been okay as she came home and was her normal self (no anxieties or moping). Indi was and is hungry so her tooth was taken care of without too much trauma. Thank you for taking good care of my granddaughter's little darling.
This was my first time being seen at Access Dental. I heard bad things previously, but I was pleasantly surprised that the rumors I heard couldn't be further from the truth. I was greeted with smiles and kindness. I had no wait time to see the doctor. The girls in the back was making sure I was comfortable, even offering me coffee and headphones for music. I met with the manager who was so sweet and caring. I left with such a smile! I know I will be taken care of every time I walk in the office. A big Thank You Access Dental for making my experience a Great one! Thank you!
I've been going to Polo Park Dental for approximately 15 years but I have to say my experience this week was amazing. I went for a regular check up and cleaning and was quite nervous about it as I was still sore and could not open my mouth very wide due to jaw surgery about 2 months ago.
I let the dental hygienist know, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle the entire time, and really made the experience bearable (in my mind I was ready for a painful experience). I don't think she has any idea how much I appreciated her taking her time and ensuring that I was okay during the entire process. I have undergone a lot of dental work this year, and it was refreshing to be able to go to an appointment and not be in pain the entire time. I left my cleaning and check up, feeling great! My mouth was not sore, and she set me up with all sort of tools to help keep my mouth clean.
Honestly, this dental hygienist deserves serious recognition!
