Oil change appointment was for noon, technician took vehicle in right away so I was in & out quickly. Josh answered all my questions and the counter gal was very pleasant and very informative. I have been going here for several years (I am on my 4th vehicle with them) and always had great service.

After picking up my truck I noticed a vibration in the floor under my feet and in the steering wheel. As soon as I got home I called and told Bruce the problem. He said they were to busy to look at it. He said to bring in next day at nine. I had some errands to run so while out and about the front drive shaft came off at the differential. Had truck towed back to the shop. Was not satisfied. Rick did make the proper repairs after all that happened.

Taking my pet here a couple years ago was a great experience. Lately, getting timely call backs regarding active treatments has been an exhaustive exercise. We are really disappointed in that at one time we felt we mattered as a patient; now not so much. Not sure if it is because they are too busy or that the best service is saved for newer patients.
