Good Programs and treatments, but not very good organization and training.
Came in for 10 day detox before QuickSlim.
7 days later I was told I needed blood work BEFORE I could start the diet. Went the next day - the hospital did not have any information on Advanced Health or the doctor. After several calls to the office - the hospital went ahead and did the blood test. The results were published on "My Chart" that same day. Went I went back to start my plan - Advanced Health couldn't find my results and I had to wait again.
Finally started the program and purchased some treatments at a discounted price for paying a very large membership fee.
Each time I went in, the procedures were administered differently. Nothing was explained. I had to ask about checking for Ketosis...I'm not sure they really ever did.
I was asked to sign several papers each time I was there.....seemed as though you had a lit of risks to cover with all those signatures.
I understand rules are rules - but when I called to cancel an appt. at 7am for the same day at 5:45pm - I was not told that I would be losing a high cost treatment because it was not within the 24 hr cancellation period. I would think that after all the mis-communication and poor organization...I would be excused and given the treatments I paid for.
It's sad. I was a repeat customer because I believed in the weight loss plans and treatments...but as far as a helpful, friendly business. - not so much.
