I made an appointment to select frames for glasses, something I guess you don't normally need to do, but I was encouraged to do. When I arrived at 1:30, the slotted time, I was ignored for 25 minutes. Finally, after pointing out that my appointment was at 1:30, I was attended to within 5 minutes.
My technician was professional and friendly. I have no problem with the service, just the waiting.
