I really like almost everything about Spokane Eye Consultants, however, the last two times there experienced a very long wait after getting my pupils dilated. While I am aware that a waiting time is necessary for the dilating drops to take affect, I waited for 35 minutes after the tech left, until the doctor arrived. The tech mentioned the drops take just a few minutes to take effect, and I noticed a significant blurring short range after 10. I am not an inpatient person, and know waiting is part of the routine, but in a small office, with no reading material or stimuli, and with dilated pupils making phone viewing impossible, 35 minutes is a very long time. If the doctor is busy and 30+ minutes is the norm, I would suggest providing some longer range source of stimulation like a TV. This is not uncommon in dentist offices, so I hope this feedback can be applied.
Other than this, however, great people, great service!
