Doctor was great.
But my first appointment was cancelled without notice. I didn't show up because my wife had an appointment before me and she did get notice and I called to see if mine was cancelled and got the machine.
This was my first appointment in a few years. My employer pays VSP $17 per month, and even though I didn't get glasses or order contacts, my deductible was $83. Seems pretty high for not getting glasses or contacts. Why do I have insurance?

I am sorry that you had this experience. The entire office staff was out sick, two of which were in urgent care. We did the best we could. As far as the insurance, we only charge what they dictate. Hope to see you next year:-)
