The doctor and the actual appointment was great, but the online booking process was very strange. I had to pay for the exam up front before being allowed to book online, and they didn't even send me a digital receipt for it. I sat in the office after my appointment and had to pull up my bank statement to prove that I had paid before they found my payment in their system. Additionally, this came out of pocket up front, so my insurance couldn't cover it or reimburse me.

Great service and patient imteraction was professional and helpful. Really love the Doctor in this practice and he's so thorough and caring. The staff in the frame and waiting area are really sweet and very helpful. Always a good experience at Eyeworks.

Tried to overcharge me $35 for my contacts. When I told him that an employee I spoke to previously said they match 1-800 contacts price he denied that they would do that. When I refused to pay his stated amount, he asked what the name of the competitor was again and his response was "oh we do make an exception for them". When I ordered glasses through them I got a different pair of cheaper glasses which were already delayed two weeks past what they were stated. This is a shady operation at best.

In summary, the experience does not justify the cost. My experience was rushed, at times frantic, the client before me arrived late but her service took part of my time - they did not want the next client to start late so they rushed me through. I suffered because she could not get there on time. Did I leave with a cut and color? Yes. The worst part of this Salon is the check out. The message is - give me your money and get out. If you ask a question or are not prepared to swipe your card for whatever amount they say - prepare yourself to have them be so ugly to you that you SWEAR TO YOURSELF you will never ever go back. They either speak to you like you are ignorant or they don't speak to you AT ALL!!! If you tell the front desk "manager" - total waste of time.
