Everything great except the 20-25 minutes we waited from the time the technician finished with us to when the Eye Dr came in to finish the appointment. Not sure what was taking place, no explanation was given.

There are, however, times that the doctor may be running behind due to a previous appointment that required more time. I sincerely apologize that we did not relay that delay to you. Both mine and my husbands prescriptions in our glasses were done wrong. I'm still waiting on mine and they ended up redoing my eye exam. The first doctor said I need a + prescription and the second time they did it they had a - prescription. Would not recommend this practice. It has been a nightmare, with numerous trips and inconveniences along the way.

Dr. Coleman was professional and thorough. In addition, she was friendly and had great bedside manner. The office staff was friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome.

Excellent service, performance, and the absolute best auto service center I have ever been to. These guys know their stuff, they are fair, and they absolutely get the job done at an extremely reasonable cost. I live in Downtown Atlanta, and after my first experience at Outback Automotive, I am a customer for life. Do not take your vehicle to a dealership if you have a choice - I would recommend Outback auto to absolutely everybody. I took my car to a dealership and they tried to charge me ~$4,000 for a repair that it turns out they misdiagnosed. The guys at Outback were able to quickly discover the dealership was 100% wrong, and he fixed a serious issue for less than 20% of what the dealership quoted me. That should speak volumes to anybody on the fence.
