I have a 2002 Lexus SC430 which I brought in to rotate the tires & purchase wiper blades. It turned out that I needed the rear tires replaced and they had to ordered the tires. Which was fine, but they tossed the stuff in the trunk all over the trunk. I had two folded beach towels & a flat bag with a beach blanket. The towels were unfolded. The carpet over the tool kit wasn't in place, the special unlocking wrench for the tire nuts was missing. I called and they told me it was in the glove box. Why not return it where you found it? I also had the air replaced with nitrogen, but the two tires that I had to wait to come in had the cap taken off the valve stem and not replaced.
The attention to detail that I have experienced in the past was not present that day nor the follow up day. My car has a light interior & a paper mat was not put in place as to protect the light floor mat.
After I picked my car up the second time, the guy put the mat over the tool kit right side down. Really? One can't tell the top of the carpet from the underside?
