My first visit to FCH was for a major service (60k), so it was a bit expensive, but I knew it would be. Service was first-rate all around, I like that they specialize in Honda/Acura/Toyota/Lexus, the staff are friendly and professional, and they gave me a detailed estimate of the work that would be performed and how much it would cost. I'm very happy with FCH and will return for future service.

We love visiting First Class HALT to have our Camry and Accord serviced. He have taken them both to the dealer before to be serviced and they do not have the excellent customer service that HALT provides. I won't take our cars any where else. I will continue to be a customer of First Class HALT.

I took my car to two other Honda service places, one being the dealer. The dealer said my issue was the ball joint and wanted $1100 for the repair. I had taken my car to the dealer for all service since I bought it and never had a problem, but this one made me want to shop around. The other service facility couldn't find a problem. I set an appointment for a ride along with a service tech at HALT and when the tech heard the sound, he immediately said it was coming from a different location than where I was hearing it. A few hours later and LESS THAN $100 and the problem was fixed. Looks like HALT just picked up a new customer. My wife and son also have Honda's and I've already told them we are using HALT from now on.

I also recommended HALT to a coworker this morning who told me he was looking for a new place to start taking his Toyota.
