I was disappointed for the first time with Folawns spa. I had asked Robbie notified if Rebel was available and I wasn't. When I arrived for my appointment I saw that she was with
no one. She is my preferred hair dresser but I was in a crunch because I am going out of town for an event. I told the woman at the desk and she said she doesn't call people on weekends for cancellations and wait lists.
Later I asked to be scheduled with Susan for an eyebrow and lip wax. The front desk said Susan only had time for one. When I went back Susan said she had plenty of time for both.
It seemed like women organizing the appointments were very unorganized.
