Good but staff lacks customer service (not warm personalities) but they get the job done.

This comment is viewed as pusillanimous. We continually look to our patients to assist us in improving our services through their constructive critiques. However, a defamatory remark such as this levied from behind the stone wall of anonymity leaves the impression that this individual was having a bad day or a bad 15-minutes that they "milked all day". It was a waste of effort on the part of this patient, and a waste of our time as it provided no value to our training efforts or our understanding of what had transpired to constitute such a negative response.
