Always pleasant seeing Dr Davis and Dr Jernigan. True professionals who go extra mile to give the best care for my Luna. I appreciate being given options and being allowed to chose what diagnostic tests are going to be run. I never feel pressured.

As always, Dr. Davis and staff were excellent. Dr. Davis spent extra time with me(loyal client since 2000) and my cat Junior. He really cares about my cat Junior, explains everything so well. I always feel at home going to Fuerte Animal Hospital.

I know I'm not the only person the staff needs to attend to, but when I arrived 15 minutes before my appt I wasn't even greeted. I then waited 20 minutes before I was even spoken to, and I just think the visit was terrible. I manage stores for a grocery chain, and if my employees didn't greetyou customers, they wouldn't be working. I will be going somewhere else from now on. I normally hate switching Dr's offices, but I can't spend money where I'm not even greeted. Good luck to the rest of your patients.
