I know I'm not the only person the staff needs to attend to, but when I arrived 15 minutes before my appt I wasn't even greeted. I then waited 20 minutes before I was even spoken to, and I just think the visit was terrible. I manage stores for a grocery chain, and if my employees didn't greetyou customers, they wouldn't be working. I will be going somewhere else from now on. I normally hate switching Dr's offices, but I can't spend money where I'm not even greeted. Good luck to the rest of your patients.
We appreciate bringing this occurrence to our attention.
