Had an appointment for color and cut on Tuesday morning. Before my appointment I received a voicemail that Devin called in sick and there was no one else to color my hair. I kept the hair cut appointment and called back the next day to schedule a color appointment. I work full time and we are leaving Saturday morning for my son't wedding, which is out of town, so it was very inconvenient that I had to make two appointments. I said I could come in Wednesday evening so the receptionist gave me the name of someone who could take me. I asked what their fee would be and it was quite a bir more than Devin. I asked why I was being penalized by having to pay more than my usual amount with Devin? It wasn't my fault I had to make another appointment with someone else. The receptionist then changed me to Stephanie who she said would be $53. I had my hair colored by Stephanie and when I went to pay, I was told the charge was $60. Poor customer service.
