Greeters could use some training on being more customer friendly. Was not greeted. Just processed with no hint of feeling welcome. The same with the check-in girl. She just started processing and did not say please or thank you. I don't ask for much but I do have an expectation of friendly customer service. When dropped off at the waiting area, there is no thank you, or have a great day or anything. I am a patient there and I am also a customer. Customers have choices and can vote with their feet. I like my Dr. and his staff. They are great! I would hate to feel like I needed to change providers.
