My husband and I had a great experience overall. Everyone was nice, atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was timely. A few critiques, however....
1) The rooms feel like Doctor's offices when you first walk in. When lights are on it's not very appealing, but once lights are off and music is playing you can hardly notice.
2) My husband was not warned that he was being given a male massage therapist. He bit the bullet and went through with it anyway (and actually loved the guy who gave him a massage) but it was very uncomfortable in the beginning for him.
3) I was told that couples massages were not at an introductory rate. However, that since it was our anniversary, that somebody would get back to us regarding possibly being able to get a couples massage, rather than one in separate rooms. Nobody ever got back to me, and it wasn't even mentioned when we arrived. I'd say it was pretty poor follow through.
A big kudos to my massage therapist Melissa. She was great! I left there extremely relaxed and happy. :)
