Let me first start off by saying that the massage therapists I had Charmaine for my daughter and Star for myself were kind, attentive and professional. Our massages were relaxing, the room was nice and they were just great from a customer service standpoint as well.
The girls at the front desk need some of that customer service training. I stood almost 20 minutes waiting to check out. There were three people and three registers but for some reason one woman had two people assisting her leaving me to wait for a very long time. Albeit, I let a young lady go ahead of me but they had a personal conversation with the client ahead of me that went on and on with no so much as a thank you for waiting or sorry this is taking so long. The time it took checking out damn near ruined the great massage I experienced.
There needs to be some training done because no one should be ignored for as long as I was. An apology or acknowledgement would have fixed it but I didn't get one.
Also, I was interested in a membership and I wasn't even offered it. It was like she almost assumed I didn't want it. So now, even though my massage therapists were awesome I will take my business elsewhere.
