The front desk was not competent the day of my appointment. I was directed to "go to the back room on the left". I walked back & another assistant guided me to "the room". I sat for 15 minutes. A technician arrived only to find I was "not her client" and then guided to another room. I then found out that my technician had left me a voice mail at home wondering where I was. After my cleaning, I mentioned it to the front dest assistant, I was told "I thought you wanted to use the bathroom". Not a good day at the office.
