We sought out a new dentist after moving to Live Oak from Pensacola. We went to this business to verify they were taking new patients, and they accepted our insurance. The answer given was yes and yes. After waiting a month for our first examination and teeth cleaning appointments we were told our insurance was not accepted. Either sloppy or incompetent, I would not trust this business to care for my dental needs.
