Aubrey, I'm sorry you felt this way about the parts. The OEM no longer supports your vehicle. The ONLY part I could get was from an aftermarket supplier, the one that doesn't match your other three. What you don't see is all the actual work that goes into fixing your problem. That little plastic piece that was broken would originally necessitate replacing the Whole door panel. Well the dealer can't get replacement parts. Opening a door that interior and exterior latches don't work without braking anything does take a little time. The actual labor charge was for diagnosing your window issue that starts with checking power and grounds, fuses, etc, to finally tracing it to the door switch. That all takes time. Your diagnostic fee of $180 was for your running issue. Contrary to what you believe we actually did spend some time working on your vehicle making all those niggling issues right for you and your family.
