I have been a patient at Advanced Dentistry for over five years. They made me feel like they were more concerned about their financial success than my well-being. I always felt like I was being a nuisance to my dentist and not a patient with severe dental fears looking for some reassurance. Recently, I decided to look into finding a new dental practice to help me with my dental care after Advanced Dentistry would not see me for a dental emergency I was having. I found Independence Family Dentistry on the internet and liked what I saw on their website. They scheduled me for an appointment right away. I was extremely anxious and nervous when I arrived but when it was my turn, Alex took me back and was right beside me every step of the way. She was great! She explained everything and made sure I was very comfortable. Then I met my dentist, Dr. Masters. He knew that I was anxious but talked to me, made me feel at ease, and told me what to expect from the procedure. Dr. Masters and Alex worked in harmony together, making me feel very comfortable. I was so pleased that I immediately decided to select Independence Family Dentistry for all my future dental needs. I feel encouraged by what they told me and plan to follow their instructions to the letter. Thank you again to everyone at Independence Family Dentistry!
