Brittany was awesome! My hair turned out great.
The booking process for a consult was weird. I showed up and found out the person I booked with didn’t put it in the computer correctly. Between the front desk and the owner I felt like they thought it was my mistake even though it wasn’t. (While booking I repeated everything back while putting into my calendar.). However it was nice for Kim to call me to chat about what I wanted to have done.
Also my appointment took way too long. I know I was getting long dye processes but I think it would have taken less time if others weren’t booked in overlapping time slots. When I have an appointment I would expect total focus from the hairdresser until my hair is complete.
Overall experience a plus and I would come back to see Brittany again.
Thank you Elizabeth for your feedback. Unfortunately, when you have a longer process booked, it can take up a lot of time that you just sit and process. I understand that it would be great to have all of the time exclusively for you while you sit, that would not be possible to not take clients on that down time you are just waiting for "time's up". So with that being said, we can always manage our appointments the best we can. We have been finding that the major changes in color do require a longer and multiple processes to achieve what our clients are looking for. Just let us know next time your time parameter so that we can book accordingly. It looks like Brittany did a great job on your hair. I'm glad that I had the privilege of meeting you over the phone.
