Integrity Automotive began with a simple belief--our belief that there is a better way to run an Automotive shop. Founder Nate Bean spent many long years learning his craft. Nate earned a degree in Automotive Mechanics at Lake Washington Vocational Technical College, and started his first job in the industry, as a service station technician, in 1985. By 1988 he earned the distinction of Certified Technician from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), and in 1991 obtained the ASE Master Technician Certification. During this time, Nate developed his dream of opening a different type of business, one that values customer relationships and thoroughly understands the intangibles that matter to you--reliability, safety, peace of mind, trustworthiness and convenience.
One thing will always remain the same--our mission at Integrity Automotive is to make getting your vehicle serviced or repaired a more pleasant and less confusing experience.

Integrity has been taking care of our 2002 car since we moved into the area in 2012. They have always provided excellent service. We never felt that they were pressuring us to do unnecessary work. The check engine light and transmission light both came on at almost the same time. We took the car in, and they gave us a loaner so they could check it out as they had time. The end result was the car needed transmission work as well as some other things. The decision was made to not do the work, but to get a new car. Integrity allowed us to keep the loaner two weeks while they and the transmission place checked things out. The charge for all the time spend in diagnosis was very reasonable. They gave me numbers of places I could either donate the car or get cash for it. They gave good advice on the best vehicles to meet our needs without breaking the bank. We ended up buying a slightly used auto with manufactures warranty left. When that has expired, we will be taking this car to Integrity for regular maintenance..
Thank you for the kind words. Please be sure to bring your vehicle to us before the warranty expires so we can look for any concerns that may be covered by the warranty. We don't want to discover those after the warranty expires. For that matter, please be aware that we can perform all of the maintenance required to maintain warranty coverage, as well.
Integrity lives up to its name. Folks are very helpful and honest. The work is first rate. I good to have a dependable auto shop that does everything.
I had an unscheduled event with my Lexus and needed a new battery and replacement of a corroded battery cable. I was so happy to get in for the work to be done that same day! Everyone is always pleasant and professional and Clayton was a great Service Advisor and went above and beyond. I always use Integrity Motors!!
By far the worst experience I've ever had. I was quoted DOUBLE the price for work compared to other local shops. I was charged the $90 estimate fee only to be given an outrageous quote. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I had my car towed there when it broke down. I have since had the work done for half of "Integrity's" estimate. Staff was rude and condescending to my wife. I'll be leaving multiple reviews about my experience on-line. I told Clayton how unhappy I was with our service.
I took my car in for an oil change and a lit engine light and Integrity took care of me. Tyler kept me apprised of what the mechanics were finding and how to fix it. And what I appreciate most of all is everyone respected my lack of time and the urgency at which I needed my car back, especially the mechanic working on my car who I know stayed a bit late to get it done. I started work before opening and got off after closing, and they still helped me out.
Over all, I know I was charged more than I should have been. But that's not my issue. My car was fixed, but i informed them that my car has a breathalyzer and everything about it. I'm sure this shop has serviced cars with breathalyzers before. Someone, the technician I'm assuming, got me a reset violation. Which causes a 5 day countdown and $60 reset fee when I go to get it serviced. The owner said it wasn't his responsibility to pay for my reset........ Well my car was under your care. So you should pay for it.
The Integrity team responded with sympathy and excepted technical competence to address our immediate repair need, fitting us into the schedule as early as possible and keeping us advised along the way. Special applause goes to Tyler, who received backup from Tom, Clayton, and owner Nate.
My entire family LOVES Dr. Wellborn and his team! They’re extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Wellborn and his team are absolutely wonderful with kids. Both my kids (3 & 6 yo) can’t wait to visit every 6 months. Our family of four are in and out in less than an hour with a thorough check up, cleaning, and fluoride treatment. Unlike other dentists, he doesn’t nickle and dime us and never push us to do any dental work that wasn’t necessary. I never thought I’d say I LOVE my dentist, but I absolutely do and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Wellborn to anyone!
