Knowing that aprointments Knowing that appointments are limited toward the end of the year, I called in November and was able to get an appointment 4 weeks later. Took off work, drove 50 minutes, arrived on time only to find that they have no record of the appointment or any appointment for me. I was politely told it because of a computer system change it was not the first time this happened to a number of other patients as well. I checked my phone records, checked my appointment date, all good. They said they would put me at the top of the cancellation list and that many people are canceling due to illness. I thought fine, at least I’ll be able to get the yearly insurance benefit, but was still unhappy about the inconvenience relating to taking time away from work. Three months later, they still have not called back.
