3- Negative issues:
1st- issue was if I'm buying more than a couple items (I bought 5), why would the sales person (a guy) even ask if I want a bag, hell yes I want a bag.
2nd-issue was that I presented my birthday certificate for the free gift and double points, after checking out I get to the car and check my items in the bag and the free item was not in the bag. About that time my phone rang and it was the salon and the girl stated,"you forgot one of your items ", I then stated, No, the sales guy FORGOT to put it in my bag". I then asked her if she could run it out to my car since I was already out there which she did but didn't seem too happy about fixing THEIR mistake.
3rd-issue is that the sales guy did NOT give me my Aveda points card back nor has anyone called me saying it's still there!
I quit coming to Ruiz for this reason, customer service is below average at your checkout and scheduling. I only came there for products and they provided less than good service and an inconvenience to me.
