Brought my VW to Trafton on a recommend. My first experience was average in the sense they did their job and I paid. What happened next set them apart. The repair wasn't handled properly by an employee. When brought to their attention they were honest about the situation. The employee was terminated for what I can assume shady work and later confirmed by them on my vehicle and others. They then proceeded to repair the VW for free. Upon driving it further the extent of the repair seemed to be a bit more daunting than originally sussed. Again they proceeded to repair my vehicle for free. Now you may be thinking what a pain but as any lover of old vehicles knows this is the price of love of an old VW. What is different is finding a mechanic that is honest about repairs and doesn't assume you have no idea what the repair is or how it can be handled. Often resulting in them watching their bottom line and re-charing or over charging for a repair because you are at their mercy. I say this, good job and in this day and age thank you for being there for our VW community. Bravo Trafton's
