I am in love with this place. There are no words to express how wonderful everyone is at this office. They take care of you and care about you. Had a spa dental cleaning with Stacy. She is the best. A very caring and talented hygienist. Dr. Nguyen is always gentle when doing his exam. The entire staff at this office is the best of the best. So happy I found this practice after a very bad experience at the last practice where I was treated poorly.
Long story short I paid twice for the same repair, then as if that wasn't bad enough the same leak reappeared, so I returned to Castors to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Mistake. My car sat there, and sat there, and just sat there some more with no communication/updates what so ever from Castors. Then without my permmission they sent my car to another shop since they couldn't correctly fix the problem. I asked where my car was and was told "you don't need to be going up there." Once I finally discovered who had my car I they quoted an additional $450 would be required to PROPERLY fix my car. We both assumed Castors would flip the bill for this amount since they didn't properly fix the problem, and as all good shops do they at least CLAIMED to guarantee their work. Not the case here. Castors gave me back only $177 of the original $500 or so I gave them to fix my car, plus I had to pay the new shop an additional $450 since they fixed the repair Castors couldn't fix even though I paid them to...twice. Never again. Avoid Castors. They claim to be honest and fair but actions speak louder than words. Lesson leearned here.
