My daughter had her first appointment to get her cavities filled on July 24th, I wanted to be back there but was told there was only one chair and my other two children would have nowhere to sit. I thought it was OK but the nurse still insisted, so I asked my daughter if she wanted me back with her or if she want to be a big girl and go by herself, she chose to go by herself. I was told that if my daughter would start to ask for me and cry that they would come get me to be back there with her. I was not told that she would have her tooth drilled as part for filling in her cavity, she was crying for me and the facility failed to come get me to calm my daughter down. I was told that they were not able to finish because she would not stop crying due to the noises, my daughter was scared because I was not back there with her and her tooth was being drilled without my knowledge of this being done. My daughter was in a lot of pain that night and she was up all night crying due to the pain of her tooth that was drilled. I did not ask to complain because I did not want to put my kid through more tension, she had been through enough. I am not happy how her procedure was done, my daughter is traumatized and would not like to go back to your facility. I am currently in the process of looking for a new dental center for my children.
