Felt extremely rushed. Hygienist now uses scaler that she claims does a better job but also cuts her cleaning time in half. Scaler is uncomfortable when it goes over sensitive areas. I did express to her that there were two areas that were sensitive and uncomfortable. There was no concern or feedback offered other that she said some were bothered by the noise. I was quickly passed off to an assistant who did the polishing and finally quick check of teeth by dentist.
I am not saying the visit was not effective but feeling was like at a restaurant where you are being rushed so they can turn the tables quickly.

We are using newer state of the art equipment to provide the best dental care for our patients. All of our assistants are qualified to polish. While the hygienist usually polishes sometimes we do call upon them. We look forward to you having a better experience next time, and we thank you for voicing your concerns.

It’s always a positive and fun visit! Ruthie meets you with a smile and greeting and it continues from there. Smiles, hugs, understanding and good dental care are the reasons I go see Dr Kim and Dr Bob. The staff is the best! I’ve always been pleased with my care.
