I really enjoyed my stylist, Aleena! She seemed confident in her skill, but listened to everything I had to say. The only issue I had was in the shampoo room. As I was laid back in chair letting toner process, I thought I heard someone quietly say something about lights. Well, the overhead lights were turned on & my "relaxing calm" was quickly switched to a "blinding anxiety". Apparently the student had said she was turning the lights on to arch someone's eyebrows. I would suggest that in a future case like this, the student should quietly walk around the room telling each customer of her plan while also providing a hand towel for customers to hold over their eyes. That would be a much nicer way to remember my experience rather than what actually occurred!
