My visit to see Dr. Lander went very well (as it always does). Upon arrival, I took a seat in a waiting chair in the Optics shop because they were very busy. A staff member asked me if I was there for adjustment of my glasses. He was walking past me and apparently made that assessment by just looking at the glasses sitting crooked on my face. I chuckled about how observant he was. He performed the service efficiently. I was so pleased with his alertness and technical skills.
Moving over to the ophthalmology area for my doctor visit, I met a new staff member and she fits right in to the professional team that has treated me over the years. I am sure the practice and patients will miss Chase, yet Dr. Lander has selected as his replacement, a delightful young woman with all the people skills and professionalism we have come to expect from his assistants.
The front desk duties are covered efficiently and to my amazement, the sign posting timeliness of appointment coverage was off 10 minutes - in my favor. At checkout, I was actually handed a pair of sunshades- I didn't have to seek or ask.
I am so glad that I am a patient of Leader Heights Eye Center because they treat me so well. It is so easy to make an appointment, they communicate well with reminders and I always feel stress free when I am there. All activity just flows in a positive way, by a professional team with good morale.
